It is our Strong Blend. It is a coffee with a good attack, persistent until the end, it starts acid and degrades to soft and pleasant bitters. Good adhesion that fills your mouth.  We find aromas of walnuts and coffee flower, while in flavor we obtain notes of macadamia and green apple, typical of malic acidity.
